Return & Refund Policy

The Blue Line Pharma team facilitates processing correct medicines as per order and prescription and strives to service the medicines and products in the right conditions without any damage every time a consumer places an order. We also strongly recommend the items are checked at the time of delivery.

1. Definition

'Return' means an action of giving back the product ordered at Blue Line Pharma portal by the consumer. The following situations may arise which may cause the action of return of the product:

  • Product(s) delivered do not match your order.
  • Product(s) delivered are past or near to expiry (less than 03 months shelf life).
  • Product(s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not accept tampered packages).

Note: If the product received is damaged, do not accept the delivery. If discovered after opening, return the product for a refund. Replacement depends on availability.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Blue Line Pharma reserves the right to cancel requests made after 7 days.

  • Wrong ordering does not qualify for Return.
  • Batch number must match the invoice.
  • Changes in prescription do not qualify.
  • Product must be in original packaging with all labels.
  • Partially used products are not eligible.

2. Return Process

  • Visit www.bluelinepharma.com/contactUs for return intimation.
  • Claim verification within 72 business hours.
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged if valid.
  • Products must be in original packaging.
  • Refunds completed within 30 days from pickup.

3. Refund Process

  • Online wallet payments → refunded to wallet.
  • Cash on Delivery payments → refunded via bank transfer.

4. Online Consultation

Refunds for online consultation are allowed if queries are not answered within the specified timeline. Requests must be submitted within 72 hours of query submission or response receipt. Valid refunds are processed via bank transfer within 30 days.

5. Shipping Charges

6. Terms of Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery timelines depend on logistics partners. A tracking number will be shared after dispatch.

Maximum of three delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled, and refund issued after deducting shipping charges.

Delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather, political unrest, strikes, or Acts of God. Blue Line Pharma is not liable for such delays.

7. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Blue Line Pharma Cancellation:

Orders may be cancelled due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or bulk order misuse.

Bulk Orders:

  • Orders for commercial resale instead of personal use.
  • Multiple orders of the same product for one address.
  • Large quantities of the same product.
  • Invalid address provided.
  • Malpractice in placing the order.
